Dr. Savage made it easier for me to hike correcting a toe that had grown bent under with a simple procedure he came up with. Cutting the tendon flattened the toes and no more rubbing raw going the distance. Recommend the office and Dr. Savage to anyone with issues.

I went in because I have a black toenail that has fallen off three times and keeps growing back black. Dr. Samant said it was likely a “damaged nail,” but there was no real diagnosis, no medical term given, and no testing done to confirm anything.
When I asked about sending a sample to the lab, the office could not provide even a ballpark price or work with me to understand the cost. I was simply told to call the lab myself, which led only to an automated system.
By the time I said I would go ahead with the test, I was told it was “too late” and that I would need to schedule another appointment.
I left without a diagnosis, without the test, and without any clear explanation of my condition or possible options. I will need to find a podiatrist who can actually diagnose a problem and explain treatment options to a patient.
I hope the office improves how they communicate with patients in the future.

Dr. Savage was very thorough at examining both of my Feet for problems I’m experiencing. The main concern was plantar fasciitis, which he discussed thoroughly and suggested a Cortizone injection, which I received. He also provided me with information on exercises. I can do to help with a problem. He also examined my other foot for bunion and discussed with me the removal of a partial nail on my big toe. I found him to be knowledgeable, friendly, and very professional. I will have a a follow up appointment in four weeks and will consider removing the partial nail on my big toe.
